How to summary: In this How To we cover sharing a single recording.  You can share a recording to many different destinations, for this example we will be uploading a recording to Google Drive.

To share an mp3 file first navigate to your recordings list (see Accessing your recordings), then press and hold the recording you would like to export to Google Drive.

Once the recording is selected, click the menu icon (three vertical dots) in the top right corner of your screen (circled)

A drop down menu will appear, click the Share Mp3 (circled)

You will then be asked "How do you want to share?", select Drive

Give the recording a name, if not happy with the default

Click save, your recording will be uploaded to google drive

Login to your google account using your computer via a web browser

Enter the address https://drive.google.com/ the uploaded recording will appear in the drive contents list.
